1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of cchumidor.com and purchases from CC Humidor ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

CC Humidor is the retailer you purchase from. Raching is the manufacturer of the Raching products offered in our store. Our website is hosted by Shopify; Shopify is not the seller of these products.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or misuse another person's information. Cabinets and accessories are sold as described; cigars and other display contents are not included unless expressly listed.

3. Product information and selection

Features, dimensions, capacity, finish, voltage, and availability vary by model and configuration. Review the individual listing and ask us to confirm any essential requirement before payment. Cigar capacities are estimates and depend on arrangement and cigar size. Screens, lighting, and natural wood grain may affect appearance; this does not remove your right to receive goods matching their description.

Please confirm suitable voltage, frequency, plug type, ventilation space, packaged dimensions, and delivery access. Do not assume that a plug adapter converts voltage. Follow the product manual for installation and use.

4. Prices, payment, and orders

Prices and currency are shown on the product page and at checkout. Any separately quoted services, taxes, duties, or other charges applicable to your order must be disclosed before you agree to pay them. Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.

Stock and dispatch location are subject to confirmation. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to explain your options. We will not substitute a model, finish, price, or material delivery condition without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, amounts due for the unfulfilled order will be refunded as required by law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains free standard shipping to supported destinations, wooden-crate packaging, delivery access, and any separately arranged white-glove service. Standard delivery is to the accessible ground-floor exterior entrance; indoor placement, stairs, unpacking, and installation are not included unless agreed in writing.

Delivery estimates depend on stock, origin, carrier scheduling, customs, and destination. Confirm the estimate for your selected model and finish before ordering. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date and does not limit remedies for late or failed delivery under applicable law.

6. Cancellations, returns, and warranty

See our Refund & Warranty Policy for cancellation requests, after-sales assessment, authorized returns, and refunds. Our voluntary policy generally treats sales as final, subject to applicable mandatory rights and any written exception. Contact us promptly about damage, defects, or incorrect items; keep the packaging and follow the agreed assessment process.

Warranty coverage is the coverage stated for your product and confirmed for the order. Manufacturer technical support does not replace CC Humidor's legal obligations as seller. No statement in these Terms removes mandatory rights to cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund, or legally required costs.

7. Accounts and privacy

Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or verification codes through the contact form or ordinary support email.

8. Website content and third-party services

Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and comparison; do not reproduce protected content commercially without the relevant permission. Third-party payment providers, links, and services may have their own terms. This does not reduce our responsibilities for your purchase.

9. Liability and consumer rights

Use and maintain the cabinet according to its instructions and monitor its operating conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, defective goods, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your non-waivable consumer protections, statutory warranties, and available remedies take precedence over conflicting wording in these Terms or our other policies.

10. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and update date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent you from using courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law.
