Before you order

• Model and capacity: Tell us your collection size, whether you store loose cigars or boxes, and your preferred MON, RR, Dark Matter or Amber model and finish.
• Space and access: Share your available width, depth, and height, plus the narrowest doorway, hallway, lift, or stairway on the delivery route. Ask us to confirm cabinet and crated dimensions and ventilation clearances.
• Power: Confirm your destination, voltage, frequency, and plug type before purchase.
• Delivery: Include your country and ZIP or postal code. We will confirm stock, dispatch location, estimated delivery, and any separately quoted handling service. Standard delivery includes shipping, import duties and taxes to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and supported destinations in Asia. Confirm your ZIP or postal code before ordering; remote locations and special handling require separate confirmation.

After your purchase

For tracking or product support, include your order number and model. For a technical issue, add the serial number, a short description, and relevant photos or video. We coordinate with Raching manufacturer support where applicable.
